Brilliant Reflectivity – Creates movement and sparkle as lighting and viewing angles change
12 Color Options – Build coordinating, contrasting, or completely custom finishes
Buildable Coverage – Apply light coats until you achieve your desired flake coverage

How to Use

  1. Apply your desired basecoat and allow it to flash according to the paint system being used.
  2. Mix .008 flake into a compatible intercoat clear or appropriate flake carrier.
  3. Stir thoroughly before spraying.
  4. Apply light, even coats until the desired flake coverage is achieved.
  5. Stir or agitate periodically during application to help keep the flake evenly suspended.
  6. Finish with automotive clearcoat to protect and bury the flake.

Professional Tip: The basecoat underneath the flake can dramatically change the finished appearance. Always spray a test panel before committing to your final color combination.

Larger amounts of flake or heavier coverage may require additional clearcoat, leveling, wet sanding, and polishing to achieve a smooth final finish.
